Terms & Conditions for CNY Promo and Events (2024)

Campaign period: 19 JAN to 09 FEB 2024.
Collect only ONE(1) type of sticker for each Sticker Card.
Purchase ONE(1) set of each food and drink stated behind the Sticker Card to redeem the type of sticker indicated.
The BEAN Membership discount can only be applied, excluding ongoing promotional discounts or voucher redemptions.
This promotion is eligible for walk-in purchases only.
A Sticker Card with 8 different types of stickers must be stuck on the indicated positions on the front side of the Sticker Card.
Stickers received for purchased drinks are not eligible for loyalty card stamps.
Limited Prizes - Free Drinks Card. First come, first serve.
Free Drinks for THE BEAN Members entitle for 18 cups, non-members entitle for 13 cups only.
All free drinks must be claimed before 29 February 2024. Any remaining unclaimed drinks will be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions for our Events and Promotions (2023 Q4)

*Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions*

1. *Eligibility*: This lucky draw is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, except employees of all THE BEAN EXPRESS and THE BEAN.

2. *Prize*: The prize is a round-trip flight ticket from BKI (Kota Kinabalu International Airport) to TPE (Taipei Taoyuan International Airport). The prize includes the cost of the ticket only. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to accommodation, travel insurance, and personal expenses, are the winner's responsibility.

3. *Participation*: Participants must provide a valid email address and full name as per IC, to be eligible for the draw. Each individual is entitled to one entry per receipt only.

4. *Draw and Notification*: The draw will be conducted after the promotion ends. The winner will be notified via email, phone or social media within 2 weeks of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days from the end of the promotion, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. *Prize Redemption: The flight ticket must be redeemed by 27 February 2024. Travel must be completed by 31 May 2024. Dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

5.1 *iPad 10th generation, in any color subject to availability, you may request your color. 64 GB WiFi spec. Any additional warranty and services are not included in this redemption.

6. *No Cash Alternative*: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. *Personal Data*: Participants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the lucky draw.

8. *Decisions Final*: The Licensor here as The Management of THE BEAN and THE BEAN EXPRESS decision in respect of all matters to do with the lucky draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. *Modification of Terms*: The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

10. *Liability*: THE BEAN AND THE BEAN EXPRESS is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from the acceptance and/or use of the prize.
