Terms & Conditions for our Events and Promotions (General 2024)

*General Terms and Conditions*

1. *Eligibility*: This lucky draw is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, except employees of all THE BEAN EXPRESS and THE BEAN.

2. *Prize*: For prizes that consist of any travel fares, any additional expenses, including but not limited to accommodation, travel insurance, and personal expenses, are the winner's responsibility.

3. *Participation*: To be eligible for the draw, participants must provide a valid email address and full name as per IC. Each individual is entitled to one entry per receipt only.

4. *Draw and Notification*: The draw will be conducted after the promotion ends. The winner will be notified via email, phone or social media within 2 weeks of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days from the end of the promotion, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. *Prize Redemption: The flight ticket must be redeemed by the stated date on any artwork by us and travel must be completed by the stated date. Dates are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.

5.1 *For items and electronics with warranties or other guarantees: This redemption does not include any additional warranties or services.

6. *No Cash Alternative*: The prize is non-transferable and offers no cash alternative.

7. *Personal Data*: Participants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the lucky draw.

8. *Decisions Final*: The Licensor, here as the Management of THE BEAN and THE BEAN EXPRESS, will make the decision regarding all matters related to the lucky draw, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. *Modification of Terms*: The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

10. *Liability*: THE BEAN AND THE BEAN EXPRESS is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

11. participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions by participating in any lucky draw.

12. The location of each event shall be stated on the poster artwork used by our official platforms and/or website.

13. Sponsored events with our products being given out as gifts or vouchers are valid only as details shown on the product or voucher. i.e., voucher expiry info and its participating outlets stated otherwise.
