Meet Our Trainers

Su
Head Barista & Trainer
Su is the senior officer and head trainer for our baristas and students. He is also a member of our in-house quality control team to all sub-brand outlets. He has been brewing since the start of THE BEAN founding year. Reaching over 150,000 cups of coffee prepared by Su over the years. He holds several SCA Specialty Coffee Association by CSP training.

Brian
Assistant Trainer
Dedicated and passionate, Brian began his journey with us as a barista at our flagship store in 2024. With a strong drive to grow, he has since joined our Academy & Roastery Team, where he continues to hone his craft. Today, he proudly serves as our Assistant Trainer, sharing his knowledge while deepening his expertise in coffee.

Wendy

Wendy is a dedicated barista and trainer with years of experience as a licensee. Wendy has honed her skills through hands-on practice and commitment to excellence. She is an invaluable part of our team, consistently delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional service to our customers.

Khin
Assistant Trainer
& Program Head
Khin is the founder of THE BEAN. A member of ASCA.
With years of experience in managing the business and team, Khin is experienced in guiding students who are planning to start their own café, home or office coffee station and baristas who are preparing themselves for work. Khin holds an SCAE certification and is trained extensively by the Australian Specialty Coffee Association.
