Terms & Conditions for THE BEAN Membership and General Use

 

• Discounts apply to ALL THE BEAN  and THE BEAN EXPRESS outlet in-house products or menus. Not applicable for consignment or 3rd party products.

• THE BEAN Membership discount does not apply to ongoing promotions and vouchers unless stated otherwise.

• Discount privileges are valid only upon presentation of your Membership Card.

• Non-transferable. The Card is strictly non-transferable; members must present identification as and when required.

• Loss or Damage of card. Please notify us immediately by contacting us or reporting to the café. A replacement fee of RM30 will be charged, and your lost/damaged card will be deactivated. 

• Valid for Dine-in & Take Away, unless stated on any promotions.

• The Café prohibits providing alcohol to persons under 21 of age.

• Vouchers from THE BEAN membership program are valid for one-time use only and must be presented at the point of purchase.

• Vouchers from THE BEAN membership program are not valid for ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.

• The holder must pay the balance if the transaction amount exceeds the value of any vouchers from THE BEAN membership program.

• Any vouchers from THE BEAN membership program will be forfeited after expiry.

• Upon registration and card collection, you cannot choose your card number as it is distributed by running numbers.
  
   

• Events promotion, Rewards and Voucher Giveaways are Valid for Dine-In & Take Away only, unless stated.

• The voucher is valid for one-time use only (otherwise stated) and must be presented and redeemed at the point of purchase.

• One voucher per receipt unless stated for special occasions.

• Vouchers or Promotions are not valid for any ongoing promotions, vouchers and membership discounts unless stated.

• Add-ons are chargeable according to the menu price and paid by the holder.

• T&Cs are subject to change without prior notice.

Bhd. may update you with information such as promotions, the launch of new products and special events via direct mail or email text messages and reserve the right to update or change any information regarding membership without prior notice. THE BEAN by Successive JK Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is entitled at any time in our absolute discretion without liability, without notice and without giving a reason, to suspend or terminate your right to use the BEAN VIP Card, to refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the card should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.

Validity Date

This is a lifetime membership program. However, it is your responsibility to check our T&C as this membership may vary in terms of benefits, validity date, or even termination.

Payment Mode

• Cash payment must be made at any of THE BEAN EXPRESS® outlets in exchange for THE BEAN EXPRESS® Membership Card.

• Payment made is strictly non-refundable.

 

Processing Lead Time

• Online registration must be made online at www.thebeankk.com to activate the card; otherwise, the application without the required information duly completed will not be activated.

• Processing of the card will take 1-2 weeks.

Discretion

THE BEAN EXPRESS® Membership Card is entitled at any time in our absolute discretion without liability to you, without notice and without giving a reason, to suspend or terminate your right to use the Membership Card, to refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the card should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.

 

Disclosure

THE BEAN™ reserves the right at any time, in our absolute discretion, without liability, to disclose information relating to you to any 3rd party as we deem fit and in our absolute discretion to whom we consider it appropriate to make such disclosure.
